About Me

I’m Ashley, a licensed Mental Health Therapist with almost 5 years of certification and 9 years of experience in helping individuals overcome anxiety. After years of working in therapy settings, I decided to branch out on my own, offering tailored services designed to help people reduce their anxiety without needing traditional therapy.

Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in anxiety management, using a combination of mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other proven methods. My approach is simple but effective—I believe that everyone can discover ways to manage their anxiety. I provide a space where my clients feel heard, understood, and trusted, knowing that they’re working with someone who truly gets what anxiety feels like.

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients graduate from therapy, equipped with the tools they need to thrive. It means I can continue helping others on their journey to calmness and confidence.

Outside of work, you can find me enjoying time with my daughter, reading, and connecting with friends. Just like my clients, I prioritize finding calm and balance in my own life.
